We are now taking orders for, quality heat-treated, Senshyu 14/21mm Autumn planting onion sets.
These are an extremely popular Japanese over-wintering variety, reliably producing a heavy crop of semi-globe-shaped, straw-coloured bulbs of excellent quality, which should be ready to harvest in late June/early July.
Available for collection early September 2009, confirmation closer to the date.

Yesterday we had a small delivery of well rotted horse manure outside the hut, which is free to members.

Ordered potatoes & onions have arrived and are available for collection.

Onion Sets & Potatoes now in!

Due to the fantastic response we have increased our order of Arran Pilot, Desiree and Sturon onion sets. This second delivery is due 8th March 2009 due to the bad weather.

We currently have available Arran Pilot, the sought afer Edzell Blue, Romano, Desiree and Pink Fir Apple potatoes along with both Sturon and Red Baron onion sets.
