Would you like to borrow a rotavator?

"I’d be very happy to loan you our old Howard 350 rotavator. It is a powerful (8hp petrol) machine with a 2 foot cutting width. It’s self-propelled and is good at digging long, straight lines – breaking up new ground, turning over soil, digging in green manures etc. Use is free (although a donation of some fresh veg come autumn would be welcome!), but you will need a little unleaded petrol and strong boots or shoes to wear. Instructions will be given and, if you follow these, the rotavator is easy and safe for adults to operate, although of course you will use it at your own risk. I can drop off at Hagg Lane"

If you’d like to borrow this please e-mail the above address and we will pass you Chris Stebbing's personal contact details on.

No tools or money are stored on site EVER.

Plant Sales

We hope you will come and support us at this weekends plant sales which are taking place between 9.30am to 2.30pm. A big thankyou to our fantastic volunteers who have unloaded our 4 plant growbags, weighed out maxicrop liquid tomato feed, baled up runnerbean canes and set up the plant sale.
