About Us

We are a friendly non-profit making society which is run, by unpaid volunteers, for the benefit of all our members. We aim to provide help, advice and competitive products to members.
Formed in around 1931, we hope to improve the quality of allotments, for the benefit of the local community throughout the whole district.

We operate an allotment shop which is open :-
Currently every Sunday 10am-12noon.
Anyone over 18 years of age is eligible to join and new members are always welcome.
Annual membership Adults £3.00 Concessions £2.00 (due 1st January each year)

BBC Radio 4's Gardeners' Question Time - Sheffield Central Library - Monday 7th September 2015

BBC Radio 4 are recording a programme at the Sheffield Central Library Theatre this coming Monday 7th September and some tickets are still available. Tickets cost £4.50 each and can be acquired by contacting hannah.newtonATsomethinelse.com or Sheffield Library on 0114 273 4736.

The celebrated panel of gardening experts will be tackling the questions put to them by local gardening enthusiasts. Eric Robson will be in the chair and Christine Walkden, Pippa Greenwood and Matt Biggs on the panel.
