This weekend's Plant Sale

The second of our annual "bring and buy" plant sales, to raise funds towards our long term plans to build a new allotment community hut, will take place this weekend between 9.30am and 2.30pm on both Saturday & Sunday. We do hope you will again come and support us as we have a large selection of vegetable, fruit, herbs and bedding plants available. This time we also have a small selection of named varieties of blueberries, redcurrents, gooseberries and raspberries available. We will again have tea, coffee and a selection of homemade cakes also available.

To make this possible we would really appreciate any donations of cakes, surplus plants/seedlings that we could sell at the sale.

We are also looking for volunteers on the following days for an hour or so:-
Friday 16th May 6pm-7pm (putting plants out, labelling & pricing- 6 to 8 volunteers)
Sunday 18th May 2.30pm-3.30pm (putting any unsold plants away- 4 to 6 volunteers)

Please let us know if you can volunteer so we can get some idea of numbers and thank you for your fantastic support.
